Thank you for considering a gift to the Feminist Women's Health Center. There are a number of ways that your gift can be made, including the usual ways of donating by phone or mail.

	By phone - Please call (404) 248-5445 and let us know how you would like to contribute. We accept Mastercard, VISA, and Discover cards.
	By Mail - You can also send your gift by mail by writing check to the Feminist Women's Health Center or by including your credit card information and sending it to: Feminist Women's Health Center Development Department 1924 Cliff Valley Way Atlanta, GA 30329

If you are mailing a credit card gift, please include the following:

• the type of credit card - Mastercard, VISA, or Discover
• your name as it appears on the card
• the credit card number/account
• the expiration date
• the donation amount
• the 4 or 3 digit security code (if any)
• your complete billing address and phone number. * Sorry, we are not able to take your American Express card to process a gift.

All gifts to the Feminist Women's Health Center (FWHC) are tax deductible, since we are a 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt non-profit organization.
