As part of our volunteer programming, we offer a variety of workshops to build skills on grassroots organizing, advocacy, or other issues as well as provide an opportunity for leadership development. Please save this dates, and we hope you can make a plan to attend a workshop of interest. These are the workshops scheduled for the remaining months of 2005.

FOCUS: Reproductive Justice Advocacy Training
Tuesday, September 16th, 6-9pm
Feminist Women’s Health Center Community Room
1924 Cliff Valley Way NE, Atlanta, GA 30329
Please join us for what will be an exciting and fun evening filled with laughter, great food, and critical conversation.
In “FOCUS” we will explore the history and politics of the reproductive justice movement, dispelling myths, and arming ourselves with hard to find, critical facts from the last one hundred years of reproductive health.
This is the first of three informative workshops that compose FWHC’s Young Women’s Leadership Project, a series of trainings that empower young women to fulfill their leadership potential.
Empower yourself with the info you need to start organizing in your community!
